The Ohio State University – Morehouse Planning Study

The Morehouse Pavilion Planning Study included the entire 162,500 square foot of the outpatient care center for consideration over the next five to eight years. The team reviewed concepts to consolidate programs throughout the facility into central areas. In addition, Ohio State University branding was incorporated into the design of these public spaces. The departments that were reviewed include OPAC, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Pulmonary, and Comprehensive Weight Management.

This project had an intricate phasing plan since there was no swing space for departmental moves. To achieve this, a small addition for infill was added to the north and west of the building.
